My stay was almost idyllic. From the moment I was greeted by Sophia at the front desk, the place exceeded my expectations. I had an extra spacious room with a balcony. The included breakfast was outstanding, so many choices from cold and hot options, juices, and coffee. The server Gabri did her best to make me feel welcome at breakfast and dinner, especially appreciated since I don't speak Italian.

✅ Great location and easy check-in – The property was easy to find, had convenient parking, and the self-check-in process with a key in a lockbox was a great convenience. However, Petra, the host, still welcomed us personally, which was a lovely touch. ✅ Perfect for a large family – Finding a room for 2 adults and 3 children is often difficult, but here we had a spacious room for all of us. Our older daughters slept in a loft area beautifully decorated with rope patterns that also served as a safety barrier. Our youngest son had his own crib. ✅ Elevator and spacious room – Our room was on the top floor, but having an elevator made transporting luggage easy. The room itself was very spacious, providing great comfort for our family. ✅ Exceptional hospitality and attention to detail – Petra, the host, made us feel truly welcome and cared for from the moment we arrived. She ensured our room was at a comfortable temperature, checking in with us to make any necessary adjustments. She was always available to help, offering valuable local recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed. Her personalized approach made our stay feel special and warm. During breakfast, Petra personally attended to each guest, ensuring no one was missing anything. Her kindness and dedication were evident in the way she prepared fresh, locally sourced meals every morning. She also took time to engage with us, sharing useful tips on how to make the most of our visit to Aldino. ✅ Delicious breakfast – Although there was a minor inconvenience in reaching the breakfast area (more on that below), the meals were absolutely delicious. We especially loved the fresh juices. Petra personally ensured that we had everything we needed. ✅ Self-service bar – Having access to a bar at any time was a fantastic convenience.

The staff was excellent as was the hotel. So cute and cozy next to a church but the bell was not bothering our sleep at all because of the perfect windows. The wine provided by them is also exceptionally good and breakfast was everything you want to have in the morning. We definitely want to return because we felt more like a family then guests.

    Our family enjoyed all the wonderful things the hotel offered. Breakfast, afternoon tea and snack, amazing dinners, excellent service and kind hosts. It truly was an exceptional week of holiday! The nature all around and mountain hikes were one of a kind. The pool, and spa was perfect after a long morning of walking and hiking ! Our room was so peaceful overlooking the beautiful mountains Hope to see you all again next year!

    After a long day of riding through the Dolomites, we ended up here, it was simply brilliant, very authentically German, but was in Italy. I highly recommend the hotel, with excellent food and even better breakfast. Service was very good and rooms were very comfortable. The entire area is simply stunning, and this was a great stop after a long day of riding. Make sure to skip Bolzano and come stay out here!

    Staff and host extremely friendly and helpful, especially Petra who helped us a lot - thank you Petra. Great location to tour Val d’Ega. Room and bathroom very comfortable, clean and well maintained, and there is great view to the mountains. The food is an absolute highlight: the HB deal is a must with a wonderful buffet breakfast and a great 5-course dinner of top quality! We loved this hotel

    Great location! Awesome view from the room!! Excellent breakfast, big variety!!! Very welcoming staff, always there for you(helped us to plan our hiking according to the weather, a lot of tips for trips,maps ecc. there is an option to order a full 3 course dinner from the restaurant in the hotel for 20€. The food is delicious!
