Very nice hosts, delicious breakfast served every morning. Rooms are cleaned every day. Beautiful and romantic interior of the house. Nice and calm place, you are easily can move whatever you want on the trains, Lucca, Florence, Bologna, Rome. Not so far from Pieve a Nievole located small touristic town Montecatini-Terme with train station, and on the big hill his old brother Montecatini-Alto, quite nice cities.
