We chose the hotel because of the location, which was only perfect for our needs but conveniently close to the center of Portogruaro. Parking was easy as well. Cleanliness was excellent, as was the large bathroom with great shower. Well-functioning Wi-Fi. Nice staff.

The hostess was so nice and gave great instructions how to enter the accomodation. Room and the bathroom were clean, well equiped and comfortable. As it is winter, it was really great that we could manage the temperature on our own. Breakfast was nice with enough variaty.

What an amazing place! Spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Both bedrooms come with their own full bathrooms, featuring cozy beds and pillows that make for restful nights. The kitchen is exceptionally well stocked—perfect for a longer stay—with everything from a coffee machine (with plenty of capsules) to full silverware, dishes, and cutting boards. Impeccable attention to detail throughout. The host is absolutely lovely and welcoming. The setting is best described as tranquil farmland—peaceful and quiet at night, with the charming presence of a few chickens and even a horse to greet you in the morning. The beach is about 30 minutes away by car. You can either enjoy meals out and return for a good night’s sleep, or stay in and cook with ease. Ideal for two couples or a family with 2–3 children. I’ve stayed in countless B&Bs and hotels, and this one easily ranks in my top 10—for its location, value, amenities, and warm hospitality. Bravissimi!

    The hotel is located in an excellent location, 5 minutes from the center. Parking is possible on the street in the extension and is free of charge. There is an elevator, and the room and bathroom are spacious, only the insulation is worse. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. There is a bistro on the ground floor. It is certainly recommended!

    Everything was good. The apartment is part of a villa, you don't hear the neighbors, there is parking for a car in the yard, the train station is a five-minute walk away (an hour to Venice, an hour to Trieste too), a supermarket too. Portogruaro is a charming small town, and the villa is a 15-minute walk from the center.

    Very convenient for car journeys, as it's not far from the motorway. Portogruaro is a nice small town and worth a visit. The accommodation is 15 mins walk from the town centre with good restaurants and a picturesque canal.
