Bryan is excelent! Breakfast is very good, the breakfast room is not big but it has so many choise for breakfast no one can imagine! Bedroom is nice, all you need, free water and coffee everyday. Full amenities , very good care. We recommend this hotel to everyone.

Everything! We had the suite garden view and it was perfect for the 4 of us. We had enough space in the room. It was quiet. The personal is excellent, super nice. Small garden but for Florence it is exceptional. The localisation is perfect as well, close to duomo and plenty of restaurants near by. Breakfast is excellent. We appreciated the valet option that allow you to park the car in front of the hotel for you to leave the luggage and then someone bring the car to a parking nearby. For one night and the valet we paid 40€.

Very well designed for nowadays. Just the essential but all what you need and at a convenient rate. It reminds me to the Motel 1 in Germany. The room is quite large and comfortable. The bathroom is outstanding for the rate. The service is very good.

Fantastic new hotel in the center of Florence; excellent location, just a short walk from all the main attractions but in a quite district. Hotel stuff was amazing very nice and extremely helpful. The rooms were impeccably clean, very comfortable, chic and stylish. Excellent breakfast, limited selection but everything was high quality. The thing we loved the most was the hotel yard - it was magnificent!

A modern new Hotel walking distance to all Attractions and Restaurants and still in a quiet area. If you don’t mind to walk 10-15 minutes or take the tram then this is the right option. The breakfast buffet is amazing and they have also a Bar which had very good drinks. The rooms are big and with a modern design with sound proofed windows. Staff amazing friendly and helpful with tips or any questions. Also good if you need to work the lobby has a lot of space.

    The location is good.

    The location is good. The hotel Demidoff though isnt great as the pictures suggest. The facilities they post and actually those facilities are not provided. Beware Swiming pool is closed. The good part is the adventure park nearby which is a lot of fun for kids and families.
