The morning before our arrival we already realized that the guests are well looked after, because we received a message with precise directions (important to find the place!) and information about the surrounding area, the Valnerina (valley of the Nera River). On arrival we were immediately greeted very warmly in English by the owners and their son. The friendliness and helpfulness continued throughout our entire stay, so we can only recommend this place for a holiday in the countryside. We also enjoyed dinner in the Taverna together with other guests. Not being a fan of Italian "colazione", I appreciated the offer for a non-sweet breakfast.

This is a dream hotel in a recovering but still beautiful city and a sublime part of Italy. From the check-in to check-out we were very happy: rooms are great, bathrooms superb, and the food/spa/staff could not have been improved

    the host was nice and helpful, the place is a real mountaineer/country place, warm like a granny hose, if you are looking for a 5 stars hotel this is not it, but it was just what I was looking for. Intimate, friendly and free.
