Such a beautiful & peaceful property surrounded by beautiful gardens & most amazing view of Assisi from the gorgeous pool area. It was close enough to bus & train if needed. Loved the breakfast bag of bread & pastries each morning & fridge stocked to the brim. A special mention to Silvana who was a beautiful soul & went above & beyond to look out for me as I was on my own. Even showing me route to the station on my first day.

The room was very spacious and totally clean. Quiet location. Owners very nice and helpful. Only in the morning we decided to use the breakfast and they still prepared it for us. The nearby pizzeria was closed at the time of our stay and since we didn't have a car, we couldn't drive to another restaurant. There is a supermarket nearby though, so that wasn't a problem.

It has the best pool on our travels to date. They let us check in really early. The room had an amazing view over the Umbria Valley. On the morning we left they let us start our breakfast 30 minutes early.

You won’t be deceived, you can book right away!     We had a fantastic stay in Rivotorto, just a 10-minute drive from Assisi and Santa Maria degli Angeli. The apartment is spacious, impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the location is perfect—quiet, with cafés and a market nearby. Our host Claudia was incredibly friendly and helped us with everything we needed. Highly recommended!

    It is a truly exceptional place in a beautiful countryside, close to Assisi. The owners, Patrizia and her family, are very kind people. After a whole hot day on our feet in Assisi, it was good to cool off in the outdoor swimming pool.
