Lovely little town a short drive from the property.

Lovely little town a short drive from the property. Would not recommend walking to the town from the house as there is no footpath and the area is very hilly with tight bends in the road. There is a lovely little shop in walking distance though which sells everything you are likely to need. A short drive takes you to a bigger supermarket. The area is beautiful and we would highly recommend it if you like peace and quiet in beautiful surroundings. Lake Bomba is a must see but take a picnic as there are no facilities there.

The town itself is pretty and there is a micro brewery there...

The town itself is pretty and there is a micro brewery there. The castle would be worth a visit. Quite remote and we stayed because friends were nearby. The roads are in a shocking condition so be prepared!
