When arriving, we were met with tons of locals and tourists having their aperitivos at the restaurant with their dogs in tow. I was so happy, having my own dog way back at home in Sweden, to find so many nice dogs to say hi to. The staff were nice and accomodating, the food was rustic and good - and they changed the menu every day. Perfect place for us.

The apartment was very well appointed with a fully equipped, modern kitchen and comfortable beds and linen. It was immaculately clean, and we were very comfortable. Communication was great and self-check-in was simple. Great value for the price.

This is a very beautiful property and the location is incredibly beautiful with superb Mountain View’s. The staff are exceptional - there is nothing that they cannot arrange for their guests. Two members of the staff deserve special mention, Claudia and Sophie.

The food was a highlight, with delicious breakfasts and dinners that exceeded my expectations. Every meal was fresh and flavorful. Outdoor hot-tub in the sub-zero outdoor temperature is a real treat. Nice touch to have a sauna by the exit too. The spa area as a whole has a very relaxing feel to it and I enjoyed some quiet time in the salt room. Small hotel allows for a personal feel. The rooms are large and everyone gets a balcony. Staff are mostly very helpful and go above and beyond, special shout-out to Cristian and Nicola for enhancing my time at the bar. Martina at front desk is real star too! Parking in the basement. Would definitely return!

Very cosy old fashioned style hotel. We got bigger appartment than booked thanks to its availability, in the older building. All in wood, respecting historical features of the building. Cosy atmosphere, little garden behind the hotel to rest. Cute small wellness under the roof. Great service by the reception, very good breakfast and dinner with proffesional service at the restaurant of the partner hotel. We’ll be more than happy to come back one day.
