It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Francesca’s B&B. We chose it, because for us it appeared to have THE BEST conditions and everything we’re looking for in a holiday lodging in all of Puglia. And we were not wrong, it even exceeded our expectations: beautiful design, outstanding cleanliness, fantastic service. We also slept very very well: the beds and memory-foam pillows are outstanding, there are electric exterior electric blinds and proper sound insulation in the walls (we never heard our neighbors). The AC is also top notch, very quiet and effective. Parking is also very easy in front of the property, there is even an EV charging station. Breakfast is amazing, somehow they have here some of the best pastries we’ve had in our 2 week puglian holiday. There is also a beautiful inner yard with a nice pool, where we could drink our coffee every morning.

We loved our stay at Masseria Zambardo! A perfect oasis of calm, and a real home from home. Beautiful accommodation with the comfiest of beds and all the amenities needed! Great pool area, and the most friendly and helpful staff you could wish for! 10/10 would highly recommend!

We loved our stay here. Paola and her husband were very kind and helpful hosts. They went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Our room was beautiful, very clean, and had great and generous toiletries. It's an ideal location for doing day trips with a car. We highly recommend you stay here while visiting Puglia.     The city has enough to be able to do your shopping and live a relaxed life as a tourist. The surroundings are beautiful, there are so many local recommendations we got for food shopping, interesting history and nature. Also many beautiful places like Ostuni and Monopoli and Torre Guaceto are within 20-45 min drive.

    The B&B was on the edge of the small town. Nothing special to see but good access to other towns. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets (Lidl is open the whole day), nice square with castle, parc etc.

    A fairly typical south Italian working town.

    A fairly typical south Italian working town. Reasonable selection of bars and restaurants, although quite widely spread over the town with a few good ones round a few of the piazza's. The town itself has quite a few empty commercial premises, which doesnt help. The main piazza could be a real attraction if a few more businesses could be encouraged there. If you want tourist-tack, its not for you but, if its the real Italy you're looking for, why not !

    It is a perfect spot for a peaceful stay in Puglia. It has been our second time there and we will for sure be back again. Our room was also impecable this time. All people working in Zambardo are great, you do not feel like in a hotel at all. What we also appreciate is that you are not „chased” with receipts, signatures etc.when you order coffee or wine at the pool. It is done very discreet, with no rush.

    Very clean and spacious apartment and a very nice host! Having two bathrooms is always a plus! I also have to mention that we were welcomed with a homemade cake that was delicious!! San Vito dei Normanni is a great spot to access the wonderful small towns around it: Ostuni, Martina Franca, Ceglie, Locorotondo and it is also very close to the beaches on the Adriatic Sea.

    The house was extremely clean with lots of space and a beautiful garden. You can walk in to San Vito Dei Normanni where there are lots of lovely places to eat. It’s a 20 minute drive to a beautiful beach and a great base to explore the towns and villages of beautiful Puglia. the hosts were very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended. 😊

    What an amazing little find this was. How wonderful to stay in such an authentic family run Masseria with all the added facilities of a hotel stay. What lovely people the owners are. I would highly recommend staying here. The wine is excellent and very reasonably priced what a bonus!

    We travel often and always book hotels and B&Bs with excellent reviews, but it is by far the best place we have ever stayed in! Friendly staff, super clean room, beautiful facilities, great attention to details, 10/10! We would go back to Puglia just to stay there again.
