A very quaint village with an excellent bar/cafe that overlooks the village square, (excellent for people watching) that serves great coffee and assorted cakes etc. The gelato is amazing!! It was very nice❤️ i would definitely go there ,but for sure NOT from june till september. Way way say to many people . We got there in june . Saturnia has been a lovely place to spend a couple of days.
Saturnia has been a lovely place to spend a couple of days. We visited both the official Terme di Saturnia, but also the wilder Cascate del Mulino and enjoyed both (in different ways obviously). For the Cascate I would suggest going early in the morning on a weekday, so that they are not too crowded.
