First class accommodation with first class hosts. Fantastic view, brand new modern and comfortable apartment. The breakfast is amazing on the terrace of a nearby guesthouse with the same breathtaking view and incredible service and kindness. We felt very welcome, we were late for check in but Erika was flexible and waited for us. Erika was an excellent host, the property is super clean, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom is completely new. There was some surprise food for us in the fridge :) so nice. If we ever find ourselves in the area again, it will definitely be our go to accommodation.

Place is easy to find by given directions, easy man less check-in. Large room, comfortable beds. Wi-fi works well, cell phone connection quite limited – you might need to find a higher spot on property to make a call. Donkeys and a white horse roaming on a property – our child was amazed. All surrounded by beautiful vineyard and olive trees. There is a winery on site - we got a short tour by the owner in the morning. You can also buy some locally made wine there. We were looking only for an overnight stay and were amazed by the serenity. Thank you and our best recommendations.

This is little paradise! The apartment is beautifully situated, between fruit trees on the slope of a hill. The views are gorgeous! Giada and Fulvio are amazing hosts!! breakfast (even glutenfree) was really delicious, the best you will ever find in Italy. Perfect base for discovering the wild beauty of Friuli. Forget Tuscany, ignore Puglia, don’t even think about the Marche, but go to Buja instead. We stayed one week, but we wished we would have booked one month.

Everything is up to the point in this coat, beautiful cottage. My son and I felt very safe here. It's very peaceful and heartwarming. We loved the nature walks and moutain view along with the amazing fields and small farms. The house itself is extremly well equipped with cleaning products and kitchen utensils. Great WiFi and services all around. This is by far a 5 star stay! We will definetly be back!
