In fact, I didn't actually stay in this hotel. But the host was very friendly and provided excellent service. Due to the hurricane, my flight was delayed for nearly a day, and it was already midnight when I arrived in Rome. The host sent a message to inform us that if we planned to rush to the hotel tonight. He would wait for us to check in. But we could only stay in the hotel at the airport and wait to pick up my rental car the next day.

The view is gorgeous, better than the pic on the website. The apartment is large and spacious, so much better than a hotel room and similar in price. Alessandro and Gabriella were gracious hosts, friendly and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, will definitely stay there again if I ever go back to Sinalunga.

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The property is beautiful, modern, newly renovated. Our room was spacious, light, with advanced air-conditioning and big, very comfortable bathroom. So much love, care and thought has gone into every detail of this property! A sweet welcome letter, chocolate on the pillow, pair of cute slippers - I could go on! The breakfast had wide variety of fresh and delicious options - pastries, cheeses, cold cuts, eggs - you name it! And the coffee - you can get what ever your heart desires! What made it truly special was Alessia and how hospitable she was. She greeted us with a warm welcome, showed and explained all details and helped us with local suggestions. We had some special requests and she went above and beyond to accommodate them. She helped us out with several logistics we needed to solve for during our stay. Our relatives stayed here at the same time as we did - and they were equally grateful to Alessia and how wonderful she made our stay! Thank you so much for taking such good care of us, Jordan, Santa, Deb and Barb

    A beautiful Tuscany village, like out of a postcard.

    A beautiful Tuscany village, like out of a postcard. Narrow winding streets, a really neat town square- the Piazza Garibaldi- had breakfast there every morning at the Bar Langola. Neat restaurants and shops. Great location, only @40 km from Florence, 200 km to Rome. Easy access to anywhere in Tuscany and the Chiani Valley. I could retire here. FYI, no public transportation, best to rent a car. The streets are beautiful but challenging, drive carefully.

    Great apartment including everything that is needed for a comfortable stay (we stayed 8 nights; 2 adults, 4 kids). It is spacious and very clean. Free parking is in front of the apartment (visible from the window), plus there is more than enough free and available parking close the building. Very good location, with nice pizzeria, gelateria, cafe, bakery just near the building on the square, and a small swimming pool a few minutes walk. The owner is very nice and helpful, communication was great. Highest recommendation.

    The privacy and the authenticity. We were met and led to the property. The views are amazing and although out in the country all possible ameneties were at hand and only a short distance away. The property is situated ideally to visit the best Toscana can offer plus Umbria is also close by. It’s obvious that the property is loved and cared for. The owner and her friends and family are keen to make the stay hassle free and memorable.

    Beautiful guesthouse with very profesional staff. The owner was halpful and gave us a lot of tips what is worth too see nearby Sinalunga. Room was comfortable with big bed. In front of the building there is convenient terrace. Highly recommended as start point to visit Tuscany.
