Amazing accomodation host, Tania was very welcoming and shared a lot of tips on where to get the best food (non tourist trap) and gelato as well. Not to mention she went out of her way to print out an itinerary on where to visit around the peninsula, and booked a few places for me. Would definitely recommend this place to my friend and fam who's visiting sirmione in the future

The hotel was exceptionally comfortable with very friendly staff. Our room was spotless, spacious and very quiet with very comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast was extremely good with lots of choice including freshly squeezed orange juice and also an actual vegetable juicer available. We had a meal in the main restaurant on one night and the food and service were excellent. The location overlooks the lake with lovely views and it is also within walking distance of the main town centre. There are spaces to relax both inside the hotel and outside in the grounds so overall it is a great place to unwind. We would highly recommend the Villa Rosa Hotel. Also Desenzano is a good place as a base to explore other areas / towns on the lake and in the wider region. For instance there is a beautiful town called Salo which is approximately 30 minutes by bus and well worth visiting. Verona can be reached by a regular train service, again in approximately 30 minutes.

    Wonderful (abit outdated though) hotel to relax and enjoy. The staff is so helpful and friendly! Great location, as we had our bikes with us. Big rooms (suites) with everything you need. Awesome breakfast. Facilities include nice little spa area with indoor pool and good size outdoor pool! We will be back for sure! Loved it!!

    Beautiful spacious house, incredibly well equipped and very well maintained, nice neighbourhood, 10-minute ride away from Lago di Garda, very good restaurant and bakery round the corner, pleasant host. We had a really nice time there and would come back.
