Host Paolo’s excellent customer service. he was very kind and generous to us. He introduced excellent bistro and restaurant. He kindly helped to carry our luggages to the parking lot. I am very sure that this hotel is the most comfortable in my journey. I would like to go this hotel again soon. The rooms were very impressive. Immaculately clean and modern. All the amenities in the room were fantastic. The beds were extremely comfortable. The area was quiet and the hotel have a lovely ambiance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They assisted us with our bags. Room security was excellent.
