The property was magnificent, really beautiful surroundings, the property itself had everything u need and more , immaculate and very comfortable , the owners went that bit extra to make it a real Chianti home very beautiful quirky furniture and decor , we really enjoyed our stay here , we are a family of 4 , two boys aged 17 and 12 who thoroughly enjoy our stay here , the pool is amazing the boys loved it , it was so relaxing to come to after been in the city , coming out for a coffee in the morning looking out at the hills and countryside was a little piece of heaven , the patio has plenty of space and furniture , I would highly recommend this place for a visit the owners were so helpful and kind , always there if u need anything also there is lovely restaurants and a excellent carrefour nearby .

A magical place! Our stay at Villa Gioietta was truly unforgettable – a hidden gem in the heart of Tuscany. The villa is peacefully nestled in nature, offering breathtaking views of the hills and complete silence – ideal for rest and recharging. The house is full of charm, beautifully decorated with artistic touches, books, and original details that make you feel at home. Everything was clean and well maintained. Thank you, Stefano, for allowing us to experience this wonderful place – even though we didn’t meet in person, we felt warmly welcomed. We would love to come back! Tip: The road to the villa is quite narrow and steep – it’s best to arrive during daylight with a good car.

The host Rosella is a lovely person and spent some time for talking with me. She prepared a dinner and a breakfast. Both delicious. I got kind of an upgrade to the larger room as that was not in use for that night. The pool is wonderful. I strongly recommend the place if you travel from or to Florence and want to stay a little away from the city.

Loved everything, the staff was really kind and helpful. We enjoyed our stay so much, the room was clean and very very beautiful, there was a welcome aperitivo when we arrived and the swimming pool was so peaceful with amazing scenery.

We had the most wonderful stay at Borgo Del Cabreo. Everything was perfect. The breakfast was super tasty. We had a Nice morningbath in the heated pool. Things couldn't have been better.

We really LOVED our stay at Il Fedino! Our room was stunning- right out of a fairytale! The staff was so friendly, the views were gorgeous, and the breakfast went above and beyond- it was vast and delicious, with traditional Tuscan foods made locally. We can't wait to return!

    Super clean. Super nice hosts. Completely renovated apartment of three rooms. The master bedroom is separated from the living room with a comfortable sofa bed. In reality it is more beautiful than in pictures. Fresh with great AC and wall insulation. Excellent windows. Location is strategic, close to many Chianti attractions like Greve, wine tasting tours, and 25 mins from Florence with a great road with gorgeous views. It's next to the central Piazza of Strada in Chianti with an excellent pasticceria/bar.

    Licio is a wonderful, friendly host, always willing to help and provide advice. The outside area has a great view down the valley. Although Strada is not a big town, this was a wonderful base to explore Chianti and Florence from. Good restaurants nearby but we also liked the ability to self-cater. Apartment is spacious with a sleeping area and a sitting room.

    Perfect place if you want to get away, enjoy the countryside and the nice views. The rooms and larger than expected, clean and the bathroom is great. It was nice to have a terrace outside. It is a family owned hotel and the owners are friendly and very helpful.

    The best hotel in our two week trip. Federico makes you feel like family. Great local food and wine and generous hospitality. Beautiful building surrounded by vineyards and very close to Florence. An amazing way to experience Toscana and Florence.
