Brand new and continuing to implement more conveniences for the guests Stylish rooms. Exceptionally clean. Extensive range of items for breakfast. Friendly and helpful host - the internet was patchy and he spent time trying to help. It did work perfectly after one hour. Very nice hotel with spacious rooms, big bathroom, bathtub (!). Staff were very friendly, there is parking available, breakfast was not big but there were enough of things and everything was delicious. They also can give you a bike but it takes only 20 min walking to center of Ferrara. If I would go to Ferrara again I would stay in the same place cause it’s good value for money and the fact that hotel is a bit “oldish” makes it more special.

The staff was kind and very helpful. It is worth booking the parking through the hotel rather than on Booking. The room's size and condition were absolutely fine. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. If we go to Ferrara again, we will definitely book here.

    If you are looking for a very welcoming place this is it! This hotel has a very unique feel to it and a lot of history. It is secluded and therefore quiet , something I appreciate when traveling. The staff was very welcoming. The room was very comfortable with all amenities needed. Nice breakfast choices . We liked that the hotel was a short car ride to Ferrara.

    Power was out for 3+ hours in the evening, only in our hotel. Unable to access our rooms. Staff did not offer any reduction. They just kind of blew us off. Expensive hotel for inferior treatment. Other than that, a nice place to stay
