Derrick was the consummate professional host. He was there to ensure that all your needs were met. The property was beautiful and clean, and breakfast was delicious, thanks to his excellent cooking skills. The air conditioning was perfect for the muggy, hot nights, and the place was quiet.

I love the location. The views are phenomenonal. The chef Michael made us the most amazing meals. The flavors and the presentation was that of a high end restaurant but the prices were incredibly reasonable. This is our 2nd time staying here and it doesn't disappoint. You can schedule massages, hikes, coffee tours, or just sit and take in the views from the beautiful porch with lots of plants and hummingbirds.

We had a beautiful stay. We will definitely be going back. Ruth and Bobby's hearts were so warm and welcoming. Everything and then some! It was super clean with a lil kitchenette, outdoor pool (I spent every night by the pool hours in the morning), a grill n jacuzzi which I never used. Extended my stay by 2 more days. Will definitely return. Awesome communication too. Don't use Google map directions

The place was so clean and fixtures were modern and up to date. Felt cozy and homely definitely would return and recommend. Even the community was very quiet. overall the place was very prestine and relaxing. It is also great location to bring the entire family. I love everything about this place I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kai's Place, an outstanding Airbnb hosted by the wonderful husband and wife team, Sangela and Jason. The apartment was spacious, impeccably clean, and featured a delightful color scheme that made it feel both cozy and stylish. The location was perfect, offering a stunning sea view that added a serene touch to our stay. Sangela and Jason went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They were always available, providing great conversation and invaluable life advice. One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious meals they provided. On Saturday, we enjoyed a fresh continental breakfast, and Sunday morning featured a flavorful Jamaican-style breakfast. We were also treated to an amazing Jamaican dinner on Wednesday, which was an absolute delight. Sangela's attention to detail and genuine care made us feel right at home. I will definitely be back and highly recommend Kai's Place to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay.
