I would give this place 10 stars! The staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooms and property was very clean. The location is great ! I have zero complaints about this property beside the WiFi was a struggle.

The property is tuck away from the city noise it’s not the newest building but the owners are making small renovations to improve the look of the property. It’s well maintained, rooms are clean, surroundings are taken care of the beach is well kept, what I love most about this property is that you can enjoy both the river and the beach, the river is just 2 mins walk beside the property. The food is amazing and value for money, staff is friendly and courteous I will definitely be back to enjoy more of this paradise and not to mention to ocean view from all the rooms.

The host is incredible. We delayed and got to the property much later than planned. The host tried to call but we didn't hear as we were planning for a funeral service the day after. So by the time we showed up at the property, the host had given up on us checking in and drove back home. However, he was extremely understanding and made alternative plans for us to get access to the property. The property is amazingly beautiful, organized and with crisp clean linen. The location is perfect. The gate and main entrance doors have codes, therefore better security

The host met us at the property with the keys and gave a quick tour of the house and grounds, which was appreciated. The space was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. The grounds were well maintained and the area felt very safe. We'd be happy to stay here again.

I really enjoyed my time at this villa. The house was sparkling clean, and it looks just like the pictures. The host was amazing. It's only about a 3–4-minute drive to Town Centre and about 10-15 mins to other major attractions. I love the fact that the community was safe with 24-hour security and so going out for a very early morning walk, gym and pool was luxury for me. I highly recommend this villa.
