The location is convenient as it is attached to Aomori train station (which was very helpful as I did not get wet in the rain/snow!), with nearby department store, shops and restaurants. The hotel itself exceeded my expectations, aesthetically it was beautiful, spacious and a delightful place to stay. The staff were all very friendly and went out of their way to help me (including via a translator app when needed). The breakfast was amazing, one of my favourite I have ever had at a hotel. The hotel amenities such as the onsen and the lounge with free evening beverages were a treat. If you get a chance to book dinner (need 24 hours notice) it will not disappoint!

Good location - the hotel is within walking distance to the Aomori station and bus terminal which connect to several attraction sites. Everything was working, the hotel provides nice facilities such as yukata, fabric freshener, fabric brush, and slippers. There’s also a water dispenser where guests can refill their water bottles. Some of the hotel staffs don’t speak English very well but they are helpful and informative.

It’s right next to Shin-Aomori station. Brand new so very clean and functional. I paid $43 single room so I can only say I’m very happy for what I’ve received and already booked to stay again for winter. A place just to shower/ sleep/ simple freshly cooked breakfast: comfortable.
