The location is right next to Chitose's JR Station so it is really easy to find. The hotel is fairly new and very clean and stylish. There is a beautiful lounge/library on the second floor guests can use for relaxing, work, reading, etc. Free coffee machine is a bonus, too. And next to the lounge is a very nice spa/bath for relaxing (men and women separate). I was surprised to find these two facilities and used them often while staying in Chitose.

Great breakfast. Great onsen. Main reason for us to book this hotel was the available free shuttle service to New Chitose airport, and that was very good and on time. And the staff was very friendly and helpful. This was surprisingly happen to be the most satisfying hotel experience during our entire trip in Japan!
