The staff is helpful. Some of them may not very good at English but they are trying to communicate with me. They even lended me a phone charger because my plug can not fit the typical Japanese electric port.

Great spacious room and free drink and breakfast. They call a taxi for me to go to the airport in the 4:45am. The front desk person was extremely nice.

Very close to ITM airport, some good food within walking distance, free airport shuttle, clean room, and the staff we interacted with spoke English pretty well which isn't expected, but helpful.
