I loved how spacious and comfortable the rooms were—it felt like a home away from home. While a bit dated, it was very clean, the staff was very attentive and kind while being professional. Delicious coffee and free beer was available in the lobby was a pleasant surprise.

Staff were very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was reasonably priced & varied enough for our western tastes. Very convenient location to Ueno castle & the Ninja house museum. Room was a comfortable size & the hotel has an onsen for guests.

The location was great, 5 minute walk to the train station. Lovely quiet neighborhood. Breakfast was incredible! we were in Japan for a month and it was the best breakfast we had. The staff was lovely and super helpful.
