Wow, this property is AMAZING! It was the highlight of our three weel trip! Totally worth the cost! It's in a prime location within walking distance to many prime places. Perfect stay : very comfy rooms, option to move the door in between the corridor and bedroom to create separate space and not to wake up your partner. Amazing option with mini 24/7 food corner. Ended up using the snacks and playing board games every night as we had a bit of jet lag. Great staff

Excellent hotel in the middle of Kyoto. The hotel is new, just opened, very beautiful, great style, combining modern and classic japanese style Rooms are very big (!!!), very wide, a lot of space next to beds, size that is not common even for Europe, letalone for Japan (we had a room for three). Price is also very very good. Personnel super profy, the whole place has a super cool vibe. We also stayed in Kyoto at another hotel, at the same price, and they don't even begin to compare. Also very close (10 min walk or less) to Teramachi shopping street, and Nishiki market.
