The room was really comfortable - Good location, close to a station with two subway lines, not far from the Imperial Palace and Nijo Castle - Lobby had coffee, tea, cold drinks and snacks for free available all day, paid alcohol options. Absolutely love the beautiful oriental interior with Kyoto traditional decor elements of the hotel. The room is well set up with great amenities (and a wonderful mini bar), love the bathtub. I slept so well in the room as it is very quiet. If you love Thai massage this hotel will be a plus as they have a Thai spa. Restaurants provide both Japanese & Thai food (and very good). Lounge areas are great comfortable and spacious work areas for meetings. Most of the hotel staff speak English so it was very easy to communicate our needs.
