Great location, near station and incredible pizza place. Got free ramen and the breakfast was great and cheap price. Staff very helpful and sent off our suitcases for us. Room was very clean but room was a little small, but did have a lot of stuff

Really good hotel just outside of the main train station of wakayama. The location is perfect conected to the train station and there are lot of atores and reataurants very nearby. The rooms are spacious and clean.

Everything is great. It's clean and fantastic scenery. Moreover, the staff provides very good service. I forgot i-pad in the room. Unfortunately, I realized it when I was in Osaka, so I ask the staff to send my ipad to my hotel in Osaka. The staff do not hesitate to help, and I finally get my i-pad back.
