Our stay was excellent for me, location is near to public transportation (train) good restaurants are walkable and convinient stores too. The entire hotel is clean and offers good, delicious breakfast. Room was clean. Comfort room is kinda small but clean. Everything is excellent for me except the bed and pillows are not so soft.. because I was expecting a very soft pillows and bed but aside from that I enjoyed staying there. Staffs are so accommodating and very helpful too. I definitely recommend this hotel and surely I will come back here in my future vacation in Japan.Guest review byJacquelinePhilippines - 2.0
The bathroom was stinking.
The bathroom was stinking. The room carpet was old and dirty. The WIFI connectivity was bad. The morning breakfast was too scanty (less options). And most of the things kept finishing in the tray and had to wait for the refill.
