The room was amazing and super comfy we got the last room on the floor which I love personally. The onsen was great my friend ate breakfast and was impressed with the service, we were in Kagoshima since our flights were canceled due to bad weather so this was a break on our long holiday and it was perfect the gym was being serviced so we could only use it in the morning but the onsen was great only thing to remember is you cannot get anything to eat at the hotel post 9pm if you are flying in late. The concierge was super helpful in planning our trip out.

I stayed here for a night while waiting for my new apartment to be ready. The location is super close to the station and restaurants, etc. It's very convenient. The staff were so nice!! I felt very welcomed. The room was nice, big bed, big bath. I could even watch Netflix on the TV. Overall I recommend this hotel if you're stopping by Kagoshima city.

We loved the warm bath at the top floor, the virtual assistant at the check-in and check-out, nice queen sized bed, they even have USB charging and provide a cable with various outlets so you dont need your own charger

Very pleasant hotel with all the basic necessities and more. The onsen was quite nice and I enjoyed the little freebies (popsicles/ice cream in the evening) They also offer free ramen as a late-night snack at the restaurant which was a nice surprise. The staff graciously lent us some umbrellas as it was pouring outside. Price was okay

I really liked to have stayed there.

I really liked to have stayed there. Lovely night view from my room and onsen bath. The room, twin bed room, was more than ample for my solo stay. The room was clean and staff were very helpful. I used ferry to get to Kagoshima city, which is a short ride from Sakurajima and the service is great, however if you want to depart the island before 6am there is only one every hour.
