The location was very good- close enough to a subway station that it was not too bad to walk to, even in July heat. The room was big enough, especially when travelling alone, and had good air conditioning. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Great value hotel, spacy rooms (for Japan), clean, very close to Shin Osaka station. Very decent breakfast, though canteen could use more space and one more coffee machine. TV is not smart but you can get hdmi-usb cable at reception to connect your smartphone.
