I requested rooms nearby despite booking 2 rooms of different style. The hotel is very kind to help arrange. I can see from details they do it with heart and treat guests with respect. They offer help effectively. Totally enjoy the lounge at 18th floor too! The snack and drinks are nice.

Very nice and cosy hotel surrounded by vegetation. Each room has access to a balcony to relax on. Good location close to the station. The staff is very professional and always ready to help. New & clean & spacious. Quality is the same as you see in photos, with good balcony facing river, excellent locations to restaurants, walking distance to 天神 & Canal City, 20mins walk from Hakata Station. I stayed with family of 3, and definitely will come back as it’s value-for-money. Plenty of parking spaces nearby, and taxi to airport costs only ¥2000+.

The room looked exactly like the photos and was actually larger in real life. The furnishings were rather new and well maintained, and the beds and sofa were very comfy. The overall cleanliness was also very high, while the kitchen was well stocked. Regarding the layout of the room, the toilet and shower/bath are separated, while the beds are located near the entrance of the room. The soundproofing was fantastic as we did not hear much of the traffic downstairs or from the other guests. We had a fantastic experience and would greatly recommend this accommodation to our families and friends.
