Tanabe was our starting point for our Kumano Kodo trek so we stayed in Tanabe only one day not realizing how much there is to do in Tanabe. If we ever come to Tanabe again, we will be sure to stay longer to enjoy all that there is to do there. The beauty of this kind of guesthouse is to talk to other guests, and as we’re all going to Kumano Kodo, we had some useful information exchanged.
