From the hotel lobby to the room, you are welcomed with an AMAZING Kyrgyz interior design. I also liked that my room window faces the Revolution Militants Square, so it was nice to walk around the park even after midnight. The location is pretty much at the center of culture, arts, and shopping, and everything is an easy walking distance away. The breakfast was amazing! So many options, and they prepare your fresh latte or cappuccino for you! The receptionist, Beka, speaks English well, and she together with her sons were very helpful. She’s also a tour guide, so I will have a tour of the city later, and to Issyk-kul Lake and Burana Tower tomorrow. I’m sure I will have a great time. I definitely recommend the hotel and the tour with her. Definitely.

The staff are so friendly! I didn’t know in advance that there was no parking available, but they were very supportive and helped me find a parking spot 20 som per hour. I was also upgraded to a better room for free! The room is cozy, warm, and comfortable — even more than I expected. Truly a pleasant stay!
