The location, staff and room were excellent. Staff were so friendly and always smiling, they offered to do everything for you. Including organising our return ferry and taxi to airport at 5:45am! They even made us a breakfast box to take with us as we were leaving before the buffet opened. My partner left an item in the room which they found for us and posted back to Australia

Excellent service, beautiful location and very clean and stylish little rooms. The entire resort was clean and all of the staff was kind and competent. We had a very lovely stay and plan on staying here when we come back to Saracen Bay. A lot of Saracen Bay has trash but not one piece in front of this resort, way to go.

We were staying here for 5 nights in a sea sight room and enjoyed every second of it! The staff was amazing, the food was good and the atmosphere was great. We would definitely recommend this to everyone.

If you want to stay on the island don‘t look any further. We can only recommend Tube Resort in every way. The clean beach & pool & room were delightful and the staff helpful in every possible way. We had a brilliant vacation!
