I could not recommend The Jungle enough! I am a 22 year old girl travelling by myself and for the whole duration of my stay (2 days) I was made to feel very welcome and safe. To begin, I was met on arrival with a cold towel, fresh fruit and a local drink which, in the Cambodian heat, was very welcomed. I was then led to my room which was big, comfortable and clean with my own private balcony over looking the pool area. The Jungle 'theme' was what made it for me. Down to the interior design of the room, this place really lived up to its name with a special mention going to the pool and restaurant area which really made me feel like I was actually in a jungle. Considering how central it is (literally a 5-10 minute walk to the centre of Siem Reap) and being only 20 minutes away from Angkor Wat, this place was so tranquil and the perfect location for people wanting a relaxing vacation as well as those wanting to experience more of the nightlife. I would like to give Mr Chea (one of their drivers) a special mention for making my tour of Angkor Wat and the other temples so easy and for paying attention to the finer details of the trip. For example, as the tour meant visiting 4+ temples in the space of 4-5 hours, Mr Chea was always waiting for me once I exited the temples, told me to take my time and was very clear with his instructions. More importantly, after I returned from every temple, he met me with a cold towel and cold bottle of water. I cannot stress enough how much this helped me given how it was 34 degrees and I was spending 90% of my time walking around the temples in the sun and sweating beyond compare. Once I returned from the tour to the hotel, even though I had already checked out, the hotel gave me another cold towel and allowed me to shower and freshen up before heading to the airport for my flight home. It is these details that separate this hotel from others and what made my stay with them so memorable! I will definitely be back!

The breakfast was very rich and beautifully set. The necessary drinks, local fruits, different varieties to choose from AND you could order soup, omelets etc from the kitchen. When I am abroad I try everything (I don't expect it to be a copy of what I'm used to at home. That's travelling .) And I like seeing the small friendly lizards 🦎 on the walls keeping me company. They are a part of Cambodia.

We came to Siem Reap because we were volunteering in a nearby village. The city is quite pleasant. We went right after the rainy season, which was great to avoid the heat and the crowds of tourists. We took a tour to Angkor Wat. We went on Saturday just before closing to see the sunset, and this allowed us to use the same ticket to enter again the next morning. It’s a tour you absolutely must do if you’re in the city!

Temples amazing. Well worth booking group sunrise tour to Angkor Wat due to the knowledge of the guide. Visit mine clearing rat centre (APOPO). Ten dollar entry fee well worth the money. Food and drink in Siam Reap very affordable. Only negative is that Siam Reap airport is an hour by taxi to the city centre

Laid back charm of this beautiful place, led me to extend my stay. Be sure to check out Apopo Hero Rats - Worth the visit! Tonle Sap - during the rainy season. Angkor Wat, Ta Prom and Bayon Temples and museum never disappoint. Make sure to include Mali's on your list for fine dining! Incredible atmosphere and delicious food!! Siem Reap is a wonderful destination, Angkor Wat is the highlight hands down, and as a photogrpaher, it is disneyland! but so much more to do! I didnt experience the nightlife as it was not important for me. So much potential lies within this city for those who look in the right places. The people are so nice and humble, everyone smiles to you and greets you, children wave as you pass by, such a peaceful community! Walking through streets, nobody bothers you to buy stuff, even in the markets, all they do is invite you to look around..I loved Siem Reap, I only regret not staying there longer.

Good experience! Hotel Manager, staffs were really helpful. There are 2 choices of Breakfast (American or Continental) which is good. The whole country deal tourist literally only with USD, so you will end up by paying more than your budget! :D We tried lunch and dinner in Sabara hotel restaurant and menu choices are good, bit expensive though! Still compared to other 5 star facilities, it's really far better! It's just behind giant wheel in Siem Reap. Pool is bit small but OK for kids!

Fantastic hotel. I was surprised myself. This was my visit to Siem Reap after 6 years. The hotel has a fantastic location - near Pub Street, and at the same time in a quiet and intimate place. Below the hotel there is a restaurant and a cafe serving very good meals. The hotel itself is very comfortable with nice rustic furniture, Very tastefully decorated. Nice swimming pool on the roof. The rooms were cleaned every day. The hotel staff was very nice.

Possibly one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. Not 5 star luxury, but small, friendly, boutique (I hate that word but it fits in this case). We had a family room, a few steps from one of the swimming pools. It was large, spacious and very comfortable. The three small pools were beautiful - it was an absolute oasis to return to after mornings exploring the area. Breakfasts were fabulous - and lovely to have great Italian coffee!
