The facilities are beautiful and rooms are very clean. Breakfast should be rated higher! Every option was delicious but the Korean menu was outstanding. The staff was amazing too, very friendly, very accommodating and warm. The Eliena Hotel really set the bar up for the rest of my trip.

This is what you expect out of a 5-star hotel! The staff is great, welcoming and helpful. The rooms are beautiful, the bed is so comfortable and there's not much we could say about that view!. The facilities like the spa, restaurants are bar are all amazing. And as an added bonus, the hotel sits above a lovely shopping mall with all the shops you might want to find and several other activities.

The design is amazing, too pretty and too clean. The staff are so nice, specially the security guards. The location is so great, a station like 3-4 min walking. Too many convenience stores near the hotel. coffee shops as well. We had an excellent time staying there. We really recommend it.
