The head manager of customer service is a wonderful man who made my friends and I stay a lovely experience. He was polite, calm and very supportive of us even when we lost our passport. Great parking spaces and the Sakura trees on the road in front of the hotel were so pretty. Bonus point. The staff said there’s no amenities and that there’s a convenient store on g floor. We hurriedly bought shampoos etc only to find out that they did have shampoos etc. Just not tooth brush.
