The staff was kind and helpful, they changed the tower I was staying in so that it's easier for me to get on the shuttle bus to the airport. Definitely recommand this hotel if you have a flight in the morning

only 7 min by train from the airport Incheon, Station Unseo is quite big and surrounding residential are has got a large number of convenience shops that are open 24h if you go to Seoul station don't miss the last train at 23:40, however taxis are not expensive, I had a ride of 25km for 25 USD

We were upgraded to a suite. Very quiet, excellent shuttle to Terminal 1. The hotel kept our bicycle boxes for a month. Connected to a cycle path across the island.
