We visited Horton Plains and were looking for a place that felt safe, peaceful, and like home — and Tea Sprig Villa Boralanda was the perfect find! This is one of the newest and safest villas in the area, and from the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. We stayed for 2 nights, and what made this place even more special is that we were their very first guests — what an honor! 🙏 The family running the villa is super friendly, warm, and caring. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and made with so much love. The clean fresh air, hot water, and beautiful surroundings made us feel like we were in heaven. This place is quiet, clean, and perfect for anyone looking to relax and recharge. We’re so grateful for the hospitality and unforgettable experience. We will definitely come again. Very secluded and very well built accommodation. The staff were super friendly and helpful, always available to assist with anything we needed. The accommodation is very difficult to get to if in a car - so if you take the property's jeep (pickup truck) it's a better option. The views from the property are stunning, I hope the new development they are planning will not interupt the current views. Highly recommended for a peaceful get away

This b&b is managed by Dilshan and gentle Piyumi and their family. They manage the place with charme and love and you feel to be home as soon as you step inside. They are ready to offer suggestions for sightseeing with a local expert. I was amazed seeing a few European customers that keep coming back to the Guest House. When I left I realized why. The room we had was spacious and had a terrace with view. Topically Sri Lankian style decorated. A large bathroom with shower and morning breakfast with local traditional food. WiFi was available and good. Do not expect luxury’s, but attention and love is guaranteed.

I recently stayed at greenmoret agri tourism home stay in Bandarawela, and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in a peaceful area with breathtaking views of the surrounding hills, making it a perfect getaway for those looking to relax in nature. The hotel is situated in a great spot, with easy access to nearby attractions like Mahamewnawa, Ohiya entrance for Horton plains, World's end, Bomburu ella, Ella town, Rawana ella, Adisham bangalow Haputhale, Hakgala botanical garden. It’s an ideal location for anyone looking to explore the area or simply enjoy the serenity of Bandarawela. Highly recommended Greenmoret Agri Tourism Home Stay.

The hotel is situated on a hill overlooking 24 hectares of tea plantation, surrounded by luscious mountains. It is the perfect combination of peace and isolation amidst a breathtaking scenery. The staff were beautiful people, very helpful and accommodating. The views are splendid. The FOOD IS THE BEST PART. Amazing buffets, im usually not a fan of buffet, but they were real good. They spoil you rotten. I felt like being within the property only instead of going out.

The hosts were lovely and very welcoming. The location of the stay and the stay in itself is just so amazing. There wouldn’t be any network though but with a view like that… who cares! The homely meals served by Muthu aunty made us feel homely and the food was just amazing! We stayed just a night but I’d always recommend to stay a little longer as it’s just so calm and serene.
