Stepping into the Golden Crown Hotel felt like entering a tropical paradise! Lush greenery draped over balconies, sparkling infinity pool reflecting the sun, and the scent of frangipani filling the air. From the first moment, though, the beauty paled in comparison to the warmth of the staff. Taranga, one of manager's, greeted us with a smile so bright it could have chased away monsoon clouds. He checked us in with the efficiency of a hummingbird, all while making us feel like long-lost friends. Thanks to you Taranga, the Golden Crown wasn't just a stunning hotel, it was a home away from home. We left feeling like we'd discovered not just a hidden gem, but a new family!

What did we like about the property ? The place hands down. What a place. We’ve been to many places, but this, it’s something different. It’s calm, quiet and beautiful at the same time. Hotel staff (Dinesh $ cooking lady) were great and the food, wowww, everything she cooked was so tasty. One of the best places to visit. We will definitely go back here again. Thank you.

Great stay here, spacious room with a great balcony. For dinner they served a 3 course meal, well executed. Location is awesome, the view from the pool over the hills and valleys is wild and it wasn't far to Kandy City which I found a bit hectic, so it was nice to escape back to the more natural setting at the hotel. They had a naturalist here, who took us on a morning walk through the pekoe trail and imparted so much knowledge of the local plant & wildlife. Will definitely stay here again and will recommend to my friends travelling through Sri Lanka.

Serenity Villa Digana was an absolutely breathtaking place. If you are looking for a calm and quiet retreat, this is the ideal destination for your vacation. It was a fabulous experience. The villa is situated in a nice, quiet location near Victoria Reservoir. The staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cater to our needs at every step. The room was well-maintained, with all amenities available, and the breakfast was delicious and filling. I wish I could have extended my stay for a few more days. I will definitely come back on my next visit.

Amazing place, luxury hotel in the hills above Kandy with their own tea plantation. If you are looking for tranquility and hospitality, to get away in nature with luxury, this is perfect place.It is bit out of the way, Uber works but not fully, so organise your transport in advance. Breakfast is rich, roof top pool is amazing, nice spa.

Location: The hotel’s location is excellent, providing easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Stay Experience: We booked two deluxe rooms, and our stay was nothing short of wonderful. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, offering a comfortable experience. Condition: The hotel is in excellent condition. The rooms are not only spacious but also feature a lovely balcony that overlooks the pool, adding a touch of tranquillity to our stay. Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. Every area, from the rooms to the common spaces, was well maintained standards. Dining: We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner at the hotel. The meals were excellent and offered great value for money. Although the food was a bit spicy for our taste, this is a subjective preference, and the overall spread was impressive and diverse. Staff: The staff were extremely polite and helpful throughout our stay. One standout moment was when they called us to check about breakfast when we were running late, ensuring we didn’t miss it. This level of attentiveness and care was truly exceptional. Value for Money: The hotel offers excellent value for money. The quality of the rooms, amenities, and services provided met our expectations. Pool: The pool was excellent, both in terms of size and cleanliness. It provided a perfect spot to relax and unwind. Overall: Our overall experience at the hotel was fantastic. From the excellent location and pristine condition of the rooms to the attentive staff and great dining options, everything contributed to a memorable stay. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a top-notch experience.
