The house was beautifully decorated, very clean and very stylish. It was great to have access to the living spaces and not only the bedroom. We were also very happy to be able to use the washing machine. Dinner and breakfast were delicious! The staff were very friendly and accomodating. Although we didn’t have much time to enjoy the daylight, the gardens at the hacienda are beautiful.

Everything, we came during low season without knowing it but it didn't matter at all because the staff made our stay so perfect we didn't want to leave the hotel. The room is amazing and the pool really enjoyable. Not to miss the restaurant our dinners were delicious. We'll come back for sure!!!

The staff are wonderful the manager Deleepe went out of his way to make our stay perfect. The staff all delightful and efficient Methila and all the staff at the restaurant. Wasee was a great host. He went far and beyond to make our stay memorable. The property is spotless clean and situated in a calm yet walking distance from the Nilaveli beach. Breakfast was excellent as well.

this is an ideal place for privacy and relaxation. There are only birds and lizards around and not a single person. The staff is great! Caring, polite, surrounds with attention and warmth. Very kind and open people. The hotel itself is cute and incredibly authentic, well-kept grounds, cute houses. There is everything you need for a holiday. Very tasty food and great selection of dishes. Incredibly delicious seafood and cool barbecue on the beach. Beautiful and cozy right on the ocean shore.

We had a wonderful stay at Avila Nilaveli Beach. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, with excellent air conditioning that made the heat feel like a distant memory. The location is perfect—just a quick 5-minute walk to the beautiful Nilaveli Beach, which was so convenient for daily visits. What really stood out, though, was the flexibility of the staff. They went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule, adjusting breakfast times to fit with our activities. Their attention to detail and willingness to help made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was tasty, served with omlette and bread and coffee. The staffs were absolutely friendly, they helped me arranged everything, and helped me buying cigarettes because I don't know local languange and where is the cigarette shop. The resort was quite close to the beach, like 1 minute walking you can arriving the beach, the sunrise was definetely amazing coz the beach was facing east. Diving with shoy's diving center was also an amazing adventure, the owner and the staffs of shoy's diving center have a lof of diving experience, and also very friendly. On the last day of my stays, the resort arranged me a cab to the airport, the driver's name was ISHAM, who had a lovely heart, conversable and friendly. He showed me plenty of beautiful views on the way to the airport, leaded me to a Lake side and we had a cigarette together with a perfect lake view. I was on a bad mood actually, but I really found a little peace when I was sitting on the lake side and having the cigarette.
