A nice hotel, tasty food, good breakfast. Room with classic wooden furniture. You have easy access to all areas by car or tuk tuk. A nice pool, but we didn't use it because we had activities and visits in Kandy and its surroundings. The owner and Gaian were very nice and provided us with all the information we needed, recommended places and tours in the area. In fact, all the staff were nice and ready to help you with anything. We also went to an Ayurvedic massage parlor recommended by him when I asked if they had a massage, where he also arranged a car for us to go and come back with. If you have time, it's worth a try.

⭐ (10/10) Fetnale Retreat was simply unforgettable. Set in the mountains and jungle, it had the most breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere. The service was the best we have ever experienced in any hotel, the food was exceptional, and the rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and perfectly maintained. Our guided walk to the waterfall was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Every detail was flawless—this is why it’s a perfect 10 from us.

If you’re looking for a private, luxurious villa surrounded by nature, this is the perfect place to spend your holiday. The property is super clean and well-maintained, with rooms that are better than most 5-star hotels.The Villa felt just right, very quiet when and if you wanted it to be The pool is kept to professional standards, which I really appreciated. It’s an amazing spot for a perfect getaway with plenty of nearby attractions like the Pettigala mountain hike and Victoria Reservoir viewpoint to explore. Getting there by private car was a challenge, google maps is simply not accurate. Best way is to contact resort before. The team is outstanding, booked only a day before and they managed to make us feel at home. Will come back for sure
