HeI had a fantastic stay at Wetland Resort! It’s a small, extremely clean, and comfortable place. The pool is spotless and inviting, and the rooms are modern with comfortable beds and even a small kitchen, which is a great touch. The highlight of our stay was definitely the staff. They went above and beyond to help us, including arranging transportation and even preparing a special meal we requested that wasn’t on the menu. Their kindness and attentiveness made our experience truly memorable. I highly recommend this resort, especially for a convenient stopover near the airport. I would absolutely stay here again!

A perfect first night. Getting in very late Danushka waited for us at the airport to take us to his lovely guest house. It had everything we needed, with thoughtful touches such as toothbrushes and tea/coffee, and lovely decorations in the room. The bed was really comfy and it was great to have aircon- all fantastic for the price. Danushka really went out of his way to help when we left our headphones in the taxi, ensuring they were returned to us. If you're looking for a place to sleep after a long flight before you begin your journey through Sri Lanka, and a friendly and welcoming host, this is for you!

The property is very close to the airport with free shuttle. The owner was super nice and friendly and called us to say the room was ready. Very helpful and arranged us dinner. This is a family business, very well organized and convenient if you need to stay close to the airport. Room was super clean and bed super comfortable. Very nice experience!

The place is super nice and peaceful. The breakfast was great, rooms has a pleasant atmosphere. The owner was so lovely and very supportive. Helped us when we needed to get to ATM and order a transport to the airport. Highly reccomend if you want to support local business!!! We will stay there again for sure!

This was a fantastic place to spend the last day and night before flying out of Sri Lanka. The room is spacious and quiet, the staff is super friendly, the pool is very enjoyable and last but not least the food is very tasty. I felt very well taken care of, with some extra mangoes for breakfast - my favorite fruit! - and a late check-out made possible so I could make use of my room until I had to leave for the airport. I can only recommend this place and will certainly be back if I come to Sri Lanka again.

Cosy charming place close to the airport, perfect to settle...

Cosy charming place close to the airport, perfect to settle down after arrival or before departure. Hosts are lovely people who take care of everything and cook nice dinners. The pool is set in a lovely green garden, next to the river. It's quiet and comfy! You can easily visit Colombo from here. We would stay here again anytime!
