we stayed here already before some years ago. The villa is in mint condition, very clean and the staff is really helpful. The location is right on the almost empty beach, so you can have a Robinson feeling... We went swimming in the ocean right in front of the property - no problem. The Germany owners run a restaurant right next to the villa -also on the beach - with very jummy food. The restaurant is called "Blue Dolphin" - do not miss to eat there. Sure we will return in one or two years time ......

This is a hidden gem, a little paradise. We loved this place so much, the staff was amazing and helped us with transport and a safari to Udawalawe. The best cooks in the world work here. What a unique & wonderful concept! We had such an amazing time & loved every bit of our Hobbit House! The property was matched by our host, Hirushan! He was so incredibly communicative, helpful & kind! He even messaged us after we got our ride to our next adventure to make sure we were safe and everything went well. The location was excellent as you could find peace and quiet at the House, catch a ride or walk to the beautiful beach, and they provided a huge list of other activities that were available upon request! beautiful! felt like a top resort. everyone was kind and gracious, everything was nice and clean, the pool was gorgeous. my room and bathroom were lovely and I loved having the balcony overlooking the pool. lots of great restaurants (try Kokomos and Ananas!) just a short walk away on the beach. the Sri Lankan breakfasts here at the resort were amazing and plentiful!!
