I liked many things about Nuga Retreat. First of all, the beautiful, natural surroundings with mountain views created a unique atmosphere of peace and relaxation. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, providing convenience, and the outdoor pool was a great place to unwind. I also really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who truly made an effort to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

Very clean, and a good location for the pekoe trail. The owner Nalinda is very kind and is an exceptional host. The food was fabulous! Delicious pumpkin curry and daal! Very reasonable price for what i was offered

This place was absolutely breathtaking—truly a dream! The house, designed by the host, was just as stunning. You can immediately tell they have incredible taste. Wow! The hosts were beyond kind and welcoming. They gave us a tour of their garden, and it was nothing short of magical. If you can name a fruit or vegetable, they grow it! Breakfast was a feast—fresh, flavorful, and straight from the garden. Every bite was pure joy! All in all, this stay was unforgettable. Before we left, we each planted a durian tree, and we can’t wait to come back in a few years to see it grow. If you're looking for a special place to stay, this is it!

Everything! The location, the property and the view are amazing. The owner and the staff are both very polite, helpful and friendly. The accommodation is beautiful. It has a lot of charm with the stones and the wood. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The food is fantastic. It was 14 degrees outside an it did have a radiator, which we were happy to use. The bed was very comfortable and the accommodation was clean. There was a multi-plug socket in the room where several plugs fit so we didn't need an adapter.

We had a great stay here. As soon as we arrived Amali helped to sort us a tuk tuk for a tea factory tour & to see all the waterfalls for a good price. The bed was huge and very comfortable especially the thick blankets. The breakfast was also very tasty and was lovely to chat with Roshan & Amali who are very friendly. We loved visiting Nuwara Eliya and this guest house was a great place to come back to after seeing the sights.

Nice place. Very nice view. Great pleasent staff. Tasty food in restaurant. Yard, pool and places for relaxing, work or play. Theare are billiard also available. I enjoyed staying here and can recommend.

I had a great stay! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the owner was also very welcoming. I ordered a meal during my stay and it was delicious. The hotel is located right in the middle of the city, which made it very convenient. Highly recommend!
