Location is amazing. Like a little private island. Entrance to the resort is like a nice walk in mangrove jungle. It’s really well mantained. We stayed in the ac room and the room was super clean, really comfortable and well decorated. Staff and the owner, ware really helpful and really sweet to us. We can totally recommend to stay here.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with all the essentials I needed—comfortable bed, fresh linens, and good air conditioning. What really stood out was the staff. They were polite, welcoming, and always ready to help with directions and local recommendations. The location was also very convenient. For the price I paid, the value was outstanding. I felt safe, comfortable, and well taken care of throughout my stay. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The owner was incredibly kind and went out of his way to ensure I had everything I needed. The room was very clean and well-maintained, making it a relaxing place to unwind. And the breakfast was the best I had in Sri Lanka – fresh, flavorful, and served with care, on the so cosy garden. I won’t hesitate to come here again and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a warm and welcoming stay.

It was just perfect! The villa and the environment is wonderful! Even nicer than on the picture! The family took care of every which we had and were super friendly! We recommend this place to everyone! Its much more nicer than the hotels on the beach, and very easy to reach by public Transport and TukTuk for the last meters. It was the nicest accommodation we had on our 3.5 week Sri Lanka trip and a perfect place to finish it :-)

Everything was good. The staff were very kind and helpful. The rooms, villa and pool were very clean. The quality and quantity of the breakfasts were good, especially the Sri Lanka breakfast, but it was a bit spicy.

What a lovely place to stay. Rooms were very comfortable lovely sea view. Food was excellent and they were very happy to cater for our vegan diet. All the staff were friendly and helpful and helped to make it such a lovely place to stay. I will be recommending the Bombay Bicycle club to all my friends and family. It is a little out of town but they were happy to drive us wherever we wanted to go. If we are lucky enough to go back we will definitely stay there.

This hotel is absolutely nice, rooms are very big and comfortable, everything is clean, staff is doing a really good job, breakfast is good, food is good, location is good, two steps from the beach, you can have a nice walk on the beach. supermarket 10mins away walking, souvenirs shop, but if you look for a crowded place, with many restaurants or bars , its not, you go to kosgoda for relaxing and being almost “alone”. So now special thank to our man, Thushara, the caretaker, he is absolutely kind and always here if you need something, i think its the best guy i have met in 1 month in SL. so kind, so professional. thank you my friend. we will surely come back just to see you because you were a great encounter. this place absolutely worth the visit if you want calm and relaxing beach not far from Colombo.
