Very friendly and helpful hosts. The rooms are spacious, beautiful, airconditioned and equipped with a great bathroom. You have a nice view on the kite surfing lagoon. You can easily cross the lagoon by canoe or take a 20 minute walk to the beach. Worth every penny.

We had a very good 4 night stay here, The staff are very kind and cannot do enough for you. The villas are well laid out and really clean, The front garden is a lovely place to lay back and relax with a nice sofa and a hammock. The pool is nice and a lovely place to sunbathe with sunbeds out in the sun and in the shade so you can escape the sun. The food was very good. Overall a very nice experience, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that is looking for somewhere to stay in Kalpitiya.

The staff at this hotel were very kind and always ready to help. The hotel is located in a beautiful place, in front of the sea, with a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The buffet had lot of choices.
