Ayana Beach Boutique met my expectation of cleanliness and comfort from the room to the beach. I brought my own food as I have dietary restrictions and also my herbal medicines. The room didn’t have fridge but they let me put my things in their fridge. They brought to my room and reminded me of my medicine so I can take it on time. They also offered a plate and cutlery for my food. They’ve been nice, polite and very helpful in so many ways. The place is quiet and so serene that you can totally relax and disconnect on a budget. Beautiful view of the sunset and the sea, lovely sound of the waves and fresh air…I will definitely go back when I get the chance.

I had the pleasure of staying at The Nest Kandana, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations! The room was incredibly spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed, making it feel like a home away from home. The bathroom was spotless and well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable and refreshing experience. Its location is perfect – easy access to town and everything you need within reach. The attention to detail and hospitality truly made my stay special. I'm honored to be the very first customer in this amazing room. Breakfast was good. The manager Chrishmal was very helpful. we reached there late but he quickly organised the room and let us sleep immediately . He even lent his phone charger . thank you The owner dropped us off at the airport free of charge . Our flight was canceled due Heathrow airport closure and came back to the hotel and stayed there another night. The whole experience was great. Convenient location . Colombo Fort railway station is 40 minutes drive and Bandaranayke airport is 20 minute drive . We will use this hotel again and again

We arrived in Sri Lanka very early in the morning (around 2 am), and although there was some confusion with our booking—likely due to booking.com not notifying the hotel about our late-night arrival—the staff handled the situation with exceptional kindness. The team who received us were incredibly understanding and made us feel safe and welcome despite the hour. They quickly arranged a room for us and ensured we were comfortable. Their hospitality really stood out and made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. We truly appreciated their accommodating and friendly approach.
