The building is very worn out, but its a magical place for those of you who love interesting and original architecture in a not so ordinary place. I wouldn’t recommend it to those of you who are looking for a standard hotel with all modern amenities. The staff is very friendly and willing to do all that is in their possibilities to make your stay comfortable.

We stayed for two nights at this beautiful Riad and had a wonderful experience. From the very beginning, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They welcomed us with warmth and made us feel right at home. The food was absolutely delicious — both the breakfasts and the dinner we had were full of flavor and made with care. Our room was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and everything was very clean and pleasant. The entire team was extremely friendly, and we especially want to highlight Ayoub, who treated us exceptionally well throughout our stay. He was always attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The team went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed, even helping us print our boarding passes. We truly appreciated their hospitality and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. We will definitely come back! Many thanks to everyone at Amira!!

The riad is absolutely beautiful and full of charm, in a fantastic location on a very safe street, and the locals are incredibly friendly. The terrace offers breathtaking views, accompanied by the cheerful, twinkling songs of birds. Its a very modern/urban hotel located in fez, really close to the train station (8 min walk) facilities are great. Breakfast was 10/10 as well, since you got a variety of bread, msemen and tea and juice. Its not a buffet, every table gets their own stuff. Room and bathroom were really clean as well.

Great hotel, we use this hotel every summer and great service as always with great helpful staff. I recommend this hotel to everyone, swimming pool is great, it's like my second home in Fez, kids loved it. The breakfast is great also, 5 🌟 rating from me.
