The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The room was luxurious and included a downstairs bedroom, as well as an upstairs suite - which perfectly suited our needs. The private pool was also great - a good size, clean and a pleasant temperature.

Location was perfect. It was in the quiet part of the medina. The hotel facade was so unassuming. The minute you enter the lobby, you will be amazingly welcomed by a very refreshing lobby and poolside area. This seemed like the only hotel that offered multiple dining options! Truly a gem of Marrakech! I just couldn't remember their names, but all their staff from Concierge were truly wonderful people to talk to. Extremely helpful too!!!

The location was excellent, just a few minutes walk from Bab Laksour, the gate we used to enter . The rooms were very comfortable. We ended up in two different rooms, and both were comfortable, though the higher priced one on the ground floor was much larger. The bathrooms were ample, and there was plenty of hot water. The breakfasts were among the best in Morocco, and it was really nice to be offered various types of harira/soup in addition to breads and pastries. But, without a doubt, the highlight of our stay was the staff. We really enjoyed meeting and talking with Mohammed, Mou, and Redone. The gave us wonderful advice on places to visit and restaurants to try. We felt like we made friends there.

The Riad is absolutely wonderful. Everything is perfect, beautiful and clean. Youssef, the manager, is a great guy. He is always available and ready to help you for anything. He gave us a lot of advices about the city and Morocco, and helped us with the taxis. He also told us a lot about his life and it was one of the best things of our trip to be able to talk to him. Me and my family are very thankful to him, he is a friend for us now. The other guys that work in the Riad and the cleaning lady are also the best, they are great. Our room was clean and beautiful and it had air conditioning. The position of the Riad is perfect, if you walk 30 seconds you get to the main square of Marrakech, but there are no noises in the day or in the night and it is safe. We loved this Riad and the people that work in it.

    I loved everything about the villa and not far from the centre Stayed in the Medina previously on a few occasions but much preferred the peace and quiet I ate every night in the restaurant there Only down fall was I was only there for 4 nights
