    The host gave better treatment than a 5 star hotel. He Helped With anything i needed done when i first got there he sent me Information about the local area such as where to eat and what shops there is around And even where to swap Currencys. He also Sorted out a 2nd apartment for another family that was travelling with me on the same day due to their planned booking being a fraud. The Apartment is Well Kept and has good AC. Overall I was Very Happy with my stay and the host was excellent

    the whole experience was great,the location ,the rooms were big and d beds were comfy,the facilities were top class like the gym,sunna,hammam but above all the staff were great and very helpfull the only downside about this hotel was the main swimming pool and the surrounding area the pool needs attention it doesen t match the hotel it looks dirty and outdated apart from that everything else is 5 stars.

    The food was really good, the size of the room is much bigger than expected and the bed is comfortable. The pool is clean. The aqua park is walking distance and free of charge for the guest. You can have a game of table tennis and snooker. The all inclusive package was totally worth it. The hotel staff were friendly, managed to speak english and french.

    The hotel is absolutely beautiful. We came from Ireland and I actually thought we had booked a 5 star hotel as it was our honeymoon. I was worried when it was four star that it wouldn't be as special but it just left us wondering how it wasn't five star? It is more beautiful than any of the 5 star hotels we have stayed in in Ireland.

    This isn’t a 5 star hotel, I would say more 3 star but with 5 star pricing. So dated and old. Why people would pay to come here over the Sofitel over the road is beyond me. Especially for the same price
