The host was very communicative, kind and helpful. Easy checkin with lockbox. Once we entered, I was so pleased! They thought of everything a guest might need-really, every amenity I needed and more was in the room. It's such a comfortable space, and the balcony is wonderful! I loved the gardens on the grounds as well. Easily walkable to town and fun to walk through the village. I highly recommend staying there if you find yourself in Kratovo. I felt very cared for when staying there.

The apartment was amazing! It is absolutely spotless and well equipped. Everything was new. It was spacious and plenty of room to store all of my cycling gear. I'm a lone, female cyclist and I have cycled from the UK. This has been one of my last stops before I reach my final destination of Bulgaria. I have been on the road for nearly 2 months and this was by far the best accommodation that I have stayed in. It was also excellent value. The owner, Aleksander was fantastic. From the moment that I booked online,he contacted me. He speaks excellent English. He was so helpful. He came to the apartment to show me where everything was and where I could store my bike safety. He told me where the supermarket was and where I could get a meal. I had a peaceful night and enjoyed drinking my coffee and eating my breakfast on the balcony.
